By accessing or using Zawellery (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Platform.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Zawellery Marketplace, operated by Infinite Web Marketing Pvt. Ltd.

Zawellery is a city-wise jewellery discovery and directory platform that connects buyers with verified local jewellers across India. We are a discovery and information platform — we do not sell jewellery directly, nor do we act as an intermediary in any transaction.

All purchases, agreements, and transactions are directly between the buyer and the jeweller. Zawellery takes no responsibility for the outcome of any such interaction.

You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account on Zawellery. By registering, you confirm that you are 18 or older and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

Jewellers registering on the platform confirm they are the authorised representative of the business being listed.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You must not share your account with any third party.
• You agree to notify us immediately at support@zawellery.com if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.
• Zawellery reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts found in violation of these Terms.

Jewellers who register on the Platform agree that:

• All information submitted (business name, address, catalogue, offers) is accurate and not misleading.
• They hold all necessary licences and registrations required to operate as a jewellery business in their jurisdiction.
• They will not list counterfeit, stolen, or fraudulently obtained jewellery.
• Listings are subject to approval and may be removed at Zawellery's discretion if found in violation of these Terms.

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
• Post false, misleading, or defamatory content.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Platform without prior written consent.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform or its servers.
• Use the Platform to send spam, unsolicited messages, or promotional material to other users.
• Impersonate any person, business, or entity.

All content on the Platform — including the Zawellery name, logo, design, code, text, and graphics — is the intellectual property of Zawellery Marketplace / Infinite Web Marketing Pvt. Ltd. and is protected under applicable copyright and trademark laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Platform content without express written permission.

By submitting a review or any content on the Platform, you grant Zawellery a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual licence to display and use that content on the Platform.

You are solely responsible for any content you submit. Zawellery reserves the right to remove any review or content that is found to be abusive, fraudulent, defamatory, or in violation of these Terms.

Reviews must reflect genuine, first-hand experiences. Incentivised or fabricated reviews are strictly prohibited.

Zawellery is a discovery platform and does not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of any jewellery purchased from jewellers listed on our Platform.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zawellery, its directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform or your interactions with any jeweller.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from the use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount (if any) paid by you to Zawellery in the preceding 12 months.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New Delhi, India.

Zawellery reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Platform after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
